Tennis Elbow

This condition is often the result of an activity that repetitively strains the elbow joint. Motions that occur from tennis, golf, construction work or work on a conveyer belt or other repetitive wrist or elbow motions cause inflammation of the muscles and tendons of the elbow joint.

Pain on the outside of the elbow may keep a person from their job or their favorite activity. This condition often requires supportive bracing or taping, joint alignment, massage, soothing inflammation and motion rehabilitation.

At The Bend, we help relieve elbow pain to return you to full activity.
