Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) Problems

Jaw pain can result from car accidents, clenching or grinding teeth or direct injury to the jaw. TMJ problems often result in headaches, ear pain, facial pain and painful popping and clicking with chewing. Chiropractic treatment is effective in relieving jaw pain as it corrects the misaligned TMJ and helps relax muscles in and around the jaw.

Often people with jaw pain also suffer from neck misalignment as the neck and jaw are closely neurologically wired. Chiropractic care addresses both of these areas for maximal relief.
